Windows 7 Paint Issue : Chinese word appears when save file

Problem : Chinese character appearing when it comes to save

Solution : (win 7 /win vista)
a. Click on Start menu and click on computer.
b. Click on Windows and then Select System32 folder.
c. Locate the file MFC42LOC.DLL.
d. Rename it to MFC42LOC.DLL.old.
e. Check whether the issue is resolved.
