Q : How to stop IE from asking for password always
A : You can actually stop that prompt by doing the following steps.
1.Add the SharePoint site to your trusted sites or local intranet in Internet Options.
2.In IE, go to 'Tools'
Click on 'Internet Options'
Open 'Security' tab
Click on 'Custom level'
Scroll down and select 'Automatic logon with current username and password'
Click ok
3.upgrade/downgrade your IE to IE7 to IE8
4.If you have added your site to "Trusted Sites" in Internet Explorer remove the site from the list by going to Tools>Options>Security Tab>Trusted Sites>Remove your site URL.
Return to the Security Tab>Select the Internet Zone>Custom Level>Scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. Under User Authentication check "Automatic logon with current username and password." Click OK twice and return to Internet Explorer.
Close all instances of Internet Explorer and then reopen Internet Explorer, return to your SharePoint site, authenticate and save your username and password. This will clear up your problem.
